Dr. Natalie Rosenstein, PT, DPT, RYT, CMTPT
After a lifetime of physical activity and years of physical therapy practice, I have come to understand that much of the pain and dysfunction that we experience in our bodies can be successfully addressed through skilled manual therapy, mindful movement, and specialized exercises to tap into your body's natural ability to heal and to restore function.
I have been practicing as a physical therapist for 15 years and practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga for even longer. I enjoy working with clients of all activity and ability levels to help them improve their understanding of their bodies.
Outside the studio, I enjoy camping in the great outdoors, spending time with my dogs, laughter of all varieties and finely crafted cocktails.
